You contact us to explain your problem. You can call us or request a video conference appointment. At this stage, it's important to show us that you are the owner of the website in question, as we do not intervene without ensuring this.

You then need to provide us with the elements we need. This may include login credentials for the site, server, or your hosting provider. We identify the problem and send you a transparent quote indicating the amount to be paid to resolve your outage.

Online payment

Payment

If this is the first time we work together, we send you a payment link so you can pay for your intervention. We do not provide free website restoration or post-payment intervention for a company we don't know.

Satisfied customer

Problem Resolution

Once your payment is received, we proceed diligently to get your site back online. We send you proof of work and remove your credentials from our machines. Your site is online and functioning normally.

Answers to frequently asked questions

A: Because most interventions are not lengthy, don't involve large sums, and in case of non-payment, it's absolutely not profitable to initiate a collection procedure.

And since we've experienced troubleshooting without receiving payment in the past, we no longer take risks.

A: Before sending you a proposal, we verify that the problem is clearly identified, that we can fix it quickly, and that we're not dealing with a case we haven't encountered before. So you receive an adequate proposal. We only do "safe" interventions.

A: Anything is possible, but it has never happened. And in case of an unresolved bug, we have a results obligation for this type of procedure, so you are fully refunded if we don't solve the bug you contacted us for.

We've been working on the web since 2008, and we have a reputation to maintain, so don't worry: we do everything we can to remain trustworthy!

A: Most of the time, it's a plugin conflict or user error. Managing a website is no small matter, and it's common to make an oversight. Our job is precisely to solve this type of problem, and over time, we've learned to quickly find what's wrong, sometimes even before having access to a site or server.

A: Yes, and that's exactly how we learn! We've made technical articles available for you to troubleshoot yourself, but sometimes you need to pass the relay to someone more experienced (there's no shame in that). You can check our blog to learn more about this.

A: Our specialty is mainly WordPress and Prestashop. If you're on a more "exotic" CMS, like Drupal, Joomla or others, we prefer to pass it on. However, anything related to PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript, or web server configuration Apache, Nginx, MySQL etc, remains quite academic, so we can also intervene.
