What data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights. This translation is provided for convenience; in case of doubt, the French version prevails.

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is Charles Annoni, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), trading as GDM-Pixel: 10 rue de la Table Ronde, 14000 Caen, France.

For any question about your data: contact@gdm-pixel.fr.

2. The data we collect

When you contact us

By email, by phone or in a meeting, you give us the information we need to reply: your name, your email, your phone number, your company and your message.

When you become a client

The information needed for the quote, invoicing and project follow-up. For a repair job, you also entrust us with access (website, server, hosting): we delete it from our machines as soon as the job is done.

When you visit the website

Only if you agree: visit statistics (see “Cookies and audience measurement”). Without your consent, no visit data is collected.

When you talk to Nova

Only if you write to her or call her: see “Talking to Nova.”

3. Talking to Nova

Nova, the website's assistant, answers in writing or by phone, from her card, found on most pages. Nothing is sent until you write to her or start the call. Don't share sensitive information there: for a quote, use the Contact page.

In writing

Your messages and her replies are sent to Anthropic, which runs the Claude model, so it can write the reply. Our server only passes the conversation along: it doesn't keep it. Your browser keeps it for 7 days, so you can pick it up from one page to the next; after that, it's erased.

By phone

Your voice is streamed live to xAI, which runs Nova's voice agent, so it can hear you and answer. Your browser first asks for access to your microphone; it's only used during the call. We record neither the call nor its transcript. The call ends after 8 minutes, or after 30 seconds without you speaking.

Anthropic and xAI are American companies: your messages and your voice are therefore processed in the United States.

4. Why we use it

  • To reply to you and send you a quote: that's what you ask us for.
  • To deliver and invoice our services: performance of the contract, and our legal and accounting obligations.
  • To measure the website's audience and improve it: only with your consent.
  • To answer your questions with Nova: that's the service you ask for when you write to her or call her.

We don't sell your data. We don't do targeted advertising, and the website sets no advertising cookies.

5. Cookies and audience measurement

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline audience measurement. As long as you haven't accepted, it doesn't load. You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page: declining stops the measurement and erases its traces in your browser.

gdm-nova-chatKeeps your written conversation with Nova in your browser (local storage, not a cookie). Only if you write to her.7 days
ph_…PostHog audience measurement: pages viewed, clicks, load times. Only after your consent.1 year at most

Audience measurement is provided by PostHog, on its servers located in the European Union. The data goes through our own address (ph.gdm-pixel.com) before reaching it.

6. Who can access it

Your data is read by GDM-Pixel only. Our technical providers process it on our behalf, without being able to use it for themselves:

  • OVH, the website's hosting provider, in France;
  • PostHog, audience measurement, in the European Union, if you've accepted it;
  • Anthropic, in the United States, for Nova's written replies, if you write to her;
  • xAI, in the United States, for the call with Nova, if you call her.

7. How long we keep it

  • Contact request with no follow-up: 3 years after our last exchange.
  • Client file: for the duration of the relationship, then 3 years; invoices and accounting records, 10 years, as required by law.
  • Access entrusted for a repair: deleted as soon as the job is done.
  • Visit statistics: 25 months at most.
  • Written conversation with Nova: 7 days, in your browser only. The call isn't recorded.

8. How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS. Our access is protected, and we only keep what's useful. The logins you entrust to us are never kept after a job.

9. Your rights

At any time, you can:

  • find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
  • have it corrected or completed;
  • have it deleted;
  • object to its use, or have it restricted;
  • get it back in a readable format, to pass it on to another provider;
  • withdraw your consent to audience measurement.

Write to us at contact@gdm-pixel.fr or at the registered office address. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.

10. Changes

This policy may change, for example when we add a service to the website. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
