Ask me the question: I'll answer, or pass it on to Charles.
For us, security isn't an option you add at the end. It's built into the way we work, from the server to the AI. Here are our six commitments, in plain English.
Our servers are in France.
An automatic copy every day, kept for six months.
Without your yes, our site sets no analytics cookie.
Nova Sentry watches over your websites, day and night.
What we do to protect your website, your data and your customers' data. No jargon, and no promise we don't keep.

Every new server only opens with a physical key, on top of a code.
A password can be stolen from far away. A physical key can't: you have to hold it in your hand. A second key, stored separately, takes over if the first one is lost. Our older servers are moving to this setup one by one.
A hacker who stole our passwords would stay stuck at the door.
Our servers are in France. An automatic backup every day, kept for six months.
Every day, a full copy goes to backup, without anyone having to think about it. The copies rotate over six months: we can go back to yesterday, or three months back if an old problem comes to light.
A mistake, an outage, an attack: we put your website back the way it was.
Without your consent, our site sets no analytics cookie.
We count visits to know which pages are useful. Until you say yes, that count stays anonymous and stores nothing on your device. You say no? The site works exactly the same.
You read our pages without being followed from one visit to the next.
Nova works with a single AI provider, and training on your data is turned off.
Nova, our assistant, reads your documents for the task you give her, and only for that. Your data never trains an AI, and is never sold.
Your quote, your customer list, your numbers stay yours.
We apply security patches, and Nova Sentry watches over your websites.
A known flaw left open is an open door: we close it. And our in-house sentinel spots anything that moves for no reason, like a changed file or an unknown login.
A problem shows up fast, not weeks later.
Passwords and access keys never leave their vault.
They live in vaults, never in a website's code. Before anything is sent, to our code repositories and everywhere else, checks make sure no secret slipped into a file. If one did, the send is blocked.
Your access details aren't lying around in a forgotten file.
Nova Sentry is our in-house security suite, fine-tuned in 2026 on a real online store. It watches over your websites from a separate server, out of reach of a hacked site: if something moves for no reason, we know.
At the slightest change, the alert goes out.
Right where a hacker would slip in a fake form.
New account, new plugin, unknown login: we're notified.
No hidden code in what visitors type.

A scene played as an example: the real dashboard is private.
No automatic fixes: Nova raises the alert, someone on the team looks, understands, then decides.
The alert goes out right away, by email and by message.
Someone looks at the change and understands what happened.
Restore, block, or let it be: a human makes the call.
Good protection holds even when the method is known. But a brand name, a version or a provider helps a hacker aim right, or write a more convincing fake email.
You know what we guarantee.Nothing to exploit.
In France, for the websites we host. If your website is with another host, we tell you where it is and what that means for you.
Six months. A backup is made every day, and the oldest ones are replaced over time. So we can go back to yesterday's version as well as one from several months ago.
No. Nova uses a single AI provider, and your data is not used to train its models. It is never sold.
Because a brand or a version helps a hacker aim right. We publish our guarantees, not the recipe. The law does require us to name the providers that process your data: they're listed in our privacy policy.
Only what's needed. The site counts visits without cookies until you accept. What you send us through a form is only used to reply to you.
Only the people working on your project. Your own access details stay yours: we never share them with anyone.
Our in-house security suite. It monitors your websites' files, online stores' payment pages and admin logins, from a separate server. At the first sign of something unusual, we're notified, and a human checks before acting.
